Nightclub / Bouncer Work – Front door supervision, crowd management, and ensuring a safe nightlife environment.
Coffeeshop Security (Cannabis Venues) – Maintaining a secure and controlled atmosphere while delivering professional customer interaction.
Artist / VIP Protection – Close protection and discreet security services for artists, performers, and high-profile guests.
Event Security – Crowd control, access management, and safety coordination at festivals, concerts, and major public events.
What Is Necessary to Work With Us?
To work in professional security roles, certain licenses and certifications are required by law and industry standards.
The following diplomas/licenses are necessary and mandatory for most positions:
Blauwe Pas (Blue License – Horecaportier) Required for nightclub and hospitality door supervision roles.
Grijze Pas (Grey License – Allround Security) The standard security license required for general security work, events, and venue protection.
Holding one of these valid licenses is essential for employment in most of our positions.
